As a patient, how do I get my prescription?

Your healthcare provider has sent your prescription to AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy. Once processed, your prescription will be delivered to you.

  1. Once your prescription is received, AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy will begin processing.
  2. AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy will verify your insurance benefits and work with your provider to obtain any needed authorizations.
  3. Once coverage is confirmed, an AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy representative will reach out to you to schedule your prescription delivery and address any questions or concerns that you have about your therapy.
  4. Once delivery is scheduled, the prescription is filled and delivered directly to you, quickly and conveniently.
  5. Please call 1-800-320-2112 to check status, ask questions or to speak with a pharmacist.
